The express train will run five days a week, delivering speed, comfort, and connectivity across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

Approved by the Railway Board and flagged off virtually by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the service begins full operations on May 5. Train number 20625 departs Chennai Central at 7:45 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, reaching Bhagat Ki Kothi by 12:15 pm on the third day. The return journey (train 20626) leaves Rajasthan at 5:30 am and reaches Chennai at 11:15 pm the following day.

With halts at major junctions like Vijayawada, Warangal, Bhusaval, and Vadodara, the High-Speed Chennai to Rajasthan Express boosts both urban and rural connectivity. It enhances regional travel while supporting tourism and economic ties between culturally vibrant states.

The train features a thoughtfully designed coach configuration, including AC Two-Tier, AC Three-Tier Economy, Sleeper Class, and General Class coaches.
